I've lived here for a little over a year. It's pretty nice. The assistant manager is very nice and helpfull, the maintence guy is always timely and proffesional. I feel safe in the area. The community looks nice all the time, and the tennis court and pool are fun.
BUT: The kitchen is very small (if you open the stove you're trapped on one side of the narrow kitchen). There really isn't much space to store anything. Just one extra closet beside the bedrooms and laundry closets. Silver fish! (Yuck)..and I live upstaires.
overall a YES...considering the price of houses now I think if you have to live in an apartment the villas is a good choice.
