It's just okay living here. The rent is pretty reasonable, the water and electric are kind of high! Road runner doesn't always work because of the wiring. Brighthouse says it's the Villas fault, need new wiring. What a joke! Not a lot of parking (on the north end, so don't buy there), you only get 1 spot and not very many extra spots are available. Lots of layers of paint on all of the doors, you can't open any doors without a lot of creaking noise. There is a small single closet in the master bedroom, not even big enough for one person. Storage area is about 3' x 2', no linen closet (the layout of the apartment on the brochure isn't accurate). Windows leak (hurricane Wilma) and I have lots of mold by my building and around my windows. This area is one big swamp land! There isn't a lot of insulation between apartments because you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Don't get a downstairs unit, the noise from above will drive you nuts. Train is very loud. You wouldn't believe how many trains go by in a day. They’re putting screen up on the back patios, which would be nice if they only put in a door too! Kind of asinine to have a back door and now you don’t! Why not put in a patio door'
