Manger constantly sends out notices to tow residents cars with only a one day notice. this is done when the cars are parked in the proper location. This done because management decides they need your space for whatever:i.e. construction, painting,etc. Here is an example of one of the nasty letters in regard to bicycles parked in proper bike racks ( 1 day notice):

Attention Bike owners:

We would like to clean the entire breezeways this Friday and we will be moving everything from that area. If you have a bike, you will need to put it inside your apartment.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT-all bikes left outside WILL be thrown in the dumpsters. This also goes for toys and other items. we thank you for understanding and cooperation. Call me with any questions at 321-383-3270.

Sharp - What would you have to do, if you couldn't complain. Any dweller would be thrilled to know that management is getting rid of the abandoned bikes left behind and cleaning the breezeways, which is an excellent idea. All of your -Anonymous- comments only lead one to ask, why are you still here? And by the way you gave the wrong phone number for Kathy-it's 321-383-3370 and she is the best manager we've had. Go back in your hole.

Kathy is the WORSE manager la cita has ever had in over 10 yrs and the bikes belong to people who still live here and at least one tenant is out of town of business travel the cleaning of the breezeways should have been done when they cleaned and painted for the DAM models

Kathy has done nothing but lie to people. She knew over a year ago that the owners were going to be selling. She gave people 7 month leases (usually you would pay extra for that). People may have not wanted to move in if they knew they were just going to have to move again in 7 months. Allison, go get a real job. It’s so pathetic to watch you kiss her a—with your degree, come on you can do better. Don’t worry folks because we will have the best looking parking lot around, there may not be enough parking but it will sure look pretty with the new paint. What a joke! BEWARE--NOT ENOUGH PARKING! Could you please just stop with the threatening letters! We’re all so over it! Nobody has junk sitting in the breezeways, it’s not allowed! People with kids have bikes and maybe a few toys, only because there isn’t enough storage inside!

Sounds like Mandyrenter works in the office. As many of the post have been done by office employees. Why not let this be a real posting web site that way people can get the real story on Villas, that's what it is intended for. Not for the manager or her Bi@&$ to post comments that aren't real.
