I know these are going condo but they are the crapiest places! They can't even sell them. They sold them at one price to the residents then told us that the price wouldn't be lower than that, then we find out because they can't sell them, they did lower the price a hell of alot lower and the dumb chicks in the office are dumber than dumb. Good luck if your a resident in getting something fixed (if you're renting) cause the hungover maintenance guy may get to you, may not. The train noise sucks and the buildings shake. Why would you EVER want to buy'''' Get a house for the price or if you're looking to rent go to Summerplace on 405, we did.

It's not Summerplace, it's Summerhill on 405 past the Elks. It's expensive, but it is nice.

I moved out before my lease because of the crappy apt. and the train rumbling by all day and night. Who needs sleep? That's why I drink 4 glasses of wine each night since I moved here. Now I'm back in Orlando and the drive to the Cape is worth living in a normal apartment.
