Hi all, I stayed here right at the time they offered these places as condos. I understand they are renting them out again as no one will buy (go figure). These are nice apartments in a nice area of town. They would have to bulldoze and start from scratch if anyone would think of selling them as they are about 30 yrs old. If the same office management is still there, watch your security deposit as they will try and screw you out of it. They hit me up for 50.00 for some bogus, did not clean out the shelves in the kitchen charge. Removing the 1980's counters anyway to sell as condos. Crooked gypsy thieves would pry the gold fillings out of your teeth while asleep. Watch your security deposit ladies and gents, cause chances are you will not get it back.

Lived here from mid May 2007 until mid January 2008. It has mold everywhere and is not kept up by the management. The cabinets are all broken and the toilet never works. Better have a plunger on hand at all times. The fridge is from the 60's and you don't want to even ask when the last time they cleaned behind the fridge or the washer and dryer. But whose worried about the dirt and dust when the mold grows like a weed in the bathroom, at least in Condo E.
