Prospective Renter

I drove through this neighborhood in hopes of finding a new apartment home. I was so disappointed I didn't even stop by the leasing office. The porches are full of crap from where the managment doesn't even try to regulate people turning the porch into a storage facility. 90% of the porches looked like trash. There were shrubs overgrown surrounding the property, which almost always leads to bug problems. I saw evidence of mold growing on the outside of the buildings. The parking lot was coated in leaves, and the trees above were completely overgrown. Leaves all on the tennis court, leaves in the pool and pool area. Not impressive at all. This complex is on it's way downhill very quickly if they don't get their act together. Not to mention you are litterally a stones throw away from the train tracks. And don't tell me you can't hear it, because I lived a block away from the train tracks for seven months, and the train woke me up every night... and I'm NOT a light sleeper at all.
Honestly, I'm a picky renter. I want to get what I pay for. I'm not willing to sacrafice and deal with noise at night, and bugs. Not to mention the place isn't even secure at all. If you love Titusville, and can't afford Summerhill, it's a decent place to live. But if you don't care about the city you live in, or if money isn't tight, there are better places!
