First off, I lived in this dump for the better part of a year. The manager, who we call
FATMARY is a pig. A snoop. Just plain white trash. The maintenance men are
dangerously close to being sex offenders. Paranoid and are frequently window peaking.
After moving they ripped me off on my cleaning deposit. Just plain lied. I would not recommend this dump to anyone.
Now if you are trashy yourself, and do not mind living around trash, nor do you
mind the trashy managers, move in.

Listen, this is what they do. Same thing happened to us. If you didn't get your deposit back, here is what you do. It is illegal for them to keep your deposit unless they send you a notice, and give you 30 days to respond, they just can't take it. It is in your lease. They tried to keep our deposit, and send us a bill for over $200 extra. I sent them , the management company, and the company that owns the buildings a certified letter where I highlighted the part in our lease about the 30 days notice, as well as a copy of the Florida Statute outlying this law. If they violate this law, you are due back your FULL deposit, and we got our entire deposit back. I hope this helps, and it's not too late. It is a wonder that that woman still has a job, you're right, she is a piece of garbage. I have spoken with many people who haved lived there, and she does the same thing to everyone, she apparently thinks she smarter than everyone else. Please, anyone reading this, there are plenty of good apartments out there, avoid this one like the plague.

Hellooooo Stacey! I see you are still stirring up drama as usual. What gave it away it was you you ask? Well it was your sex offender and peeking comments. OK lets get some things straight shall we. Your lease was not renewed because of your actions. A.Stalking your neighbors. B. Peeking into their windows. C.Having 2 neighbors requesting court restraining orders on you. D.Bringing home a convicted Sex Offender into the complex. E.Having man hunt on sex offender because you accused him of rape. Don't be hating on folks cause you got caught in your lies and deception. How long until you start stalking your new neighbors? As for the white trash comment. The only folks that live in this complex are either hard working families & foreign helicopter students. The white trash that lived here was you and now you are gone. :)

After reading the post above, it sounds like someone got bitter after being a bad tenant. Serves them right. You can't believe everything you read on the internet, folks! I wouldn't give this review too much weight.
