I toured this property about a year ago. I was semi impressed with the low rent, and free cable. However, I lost interest after touring an apartment. I was first off worried when I saw the shrubs grown so close to the buildings. This keeps moisture close to the building and encourages bugs. I'm not cool with bugs. The kitchens are very outdated. The closet door nearly fell off of the hinges and onto me when I attempted to move it. The handle on the bathroom medicine cabinet fell off into my hand. The staff seemed nice, the property seemed nice, but I could afford better in other cities. I found an amazing deal with another property in a different city, and couldn't be happier! If you insist on living in Titusville, and this is all you can afford, it's decent.
