Bay Towers (formerly Imperial Towers Apartments) 18% Recommended May 04 2008: Bay Towers is an interesting place to live. The units have dishwashers, but they back up with water. The units have washer/dryer combos, but they do neither. The units have heaters/AC units, which function poorly, but are nonetheless ex Windover Oaks Apartments 60% Recommended May 01 2008: We lived here for two years, always paid rent on time, never bothered anyone, so I am not a jilted ex-renter who was evicted. Mary is super nice at first, but don't EVER ask for a thing. Mold growing in North Titusville Gardens 40% Recommended Apr 09 2008: This place has reached a new low. The office manager doesn't have a clue what she's doing and the maintenance 'person' does no maintaining at all because he spends his day pretending to be the owner and interfering with his Windover Oaks Apartments 60% Recommended Apr 01 2008: I lived at windover oaks for about 9 months this last year.
