We moved to Florida from California. We didn't have jobs when we did and most apartments we called needed the tenants to have jobs to be able to rent. Not Hermitage Hill Apartments. They were willing to go with our credit and we signed a 7 month lease (with a move in special so we only paid for 6 months).

The complex is located on a quiet street with orange orchards on one side, making for nice evening walks.

The apartments are small, neat and well maintained. They have a washer-dryer in each unit. The complex is well maintained with lawn trimming every week.

The apartment management is excellent. The only problem we had was our airconditioner. We mentioned this to the office and maintenance took care of it the same day.

We had a very pleasant, peaceful stay at Hermitage Hill Apartments. We recommend them highly.
