All buildings in the complex are in the process of being repaired, pressure-washed, and painted. This is costing the owners over $50,000.00. Is the cost going to be passed on via another sizeable rent hike to the 70 - 80 families who live here' Because many of the tenants live like pigs and because regular maintenance is a joke, it won't surprise me at all to see this complex looking like a dump again within a few months after this "total makeup" is done.
