Ok I moved in here in May, I was 7 months pregnant thinking that this would be the perfect place for a single mother to raise her newborn. I never got to see the inside of the apartments, until I gave her all the money. I walked in the door and thought O ---- I want my money back. I pay 532 for a one bedroom. The carpet is brown ewwwww. The dryer vent wansn't hooked up and my sinks were leaking and took her 3 months to fix it, which I had to pay for the extra electric and water for 3 months because of this. I have ants and spiders in my apartment, wasps nest on the pouch that they don't take care of. My referiator had a molded patato inside that wasn't cleaned out before I moved in. Since I have been here I've been scared to death. The people that live by me are all crackheads and drunks. I have a newborn and I have asked to get out of my lease for personal reasons because I don't feel safe and Nancy won't let me. The people below me are always drunk and doing drugs and fighting. Just the other night they were beating the ---- out of each other and I had to call the cops to get them to stop. The cops are always in the apartment complex. Nancy is never in the leasing office, maybe an hour a week. There is never anywhere to park, no lights in the hallway. I walked in dog ---- in the damn parking lot because people don't walk their dogs where they are suppossed to be walked. People are always yelling all hours, having sex in the pool, doing drugs outside. My car always has ---- poured over it every night by the drunks. I hate this place! They put a gate up and blocked the other enterance and now we are forced to hit a ------- pot hole everytime you pull in. You hear EVERYTHING that is either going on outside or in the apartments next to you!
