This place stinks. Maintenance never fixes anything. The rent is extremely high. All the appliances are over a 100 years old. The train that passes by is very annoying. Don't rent here. Run. Run very fast.

So the train tracks were installed overnight the day after you signed the lease to "VALRICO STATION apartments". C'mon. You think a train is quiet? Even when it doesn't sound its horn you're going to hear the rumble of it as it goes down the tracks. Appliances over 100 years old, huh? How was it to work with those wood-stoves?
