then try another complex in the Brandon area. I have tried a few and their standards don't come close to comparing with Valrico Station. I have had several maintenance issues over the years and the maintenance guys have been the greatest. True the gate does not work, but is it really there to keep you "safe" or just for the "gated community" effect' Just remember that if a complex has only 4 complaints since 2001, then it seems to be a personality issue and NOT an apartment issue.
And as for "Unprofessional" you must not have been too inconvenienced to have stayed an additional year and a half after your tramatic lockout experience and furthermore I am happy to see that you would not recommend any of YOUR friends to this residence that I call home.
