I currently live in here now. It's not all that bad in here. I've never had a problem with the residents or the staff. I think they are a bit pokey about fixing things but the apartments are old and the maintenance team is probably very busy. Overall, I think they are ok...reasonable price and I do feel safe here.
And as for the train.... I don't even hear it anymore....took a couple weeks to get used to, but it is not that bad. (but I also don't live in the buildings next to the tracks....it could be a problem then.
One major complaint I do have is there are lots of mosquitos and wasps. They definatley do not spray the grounds for bugs.
