I am a single mom and I've been here for 2 months. It's quite, nobody bothers you. The only noise you will hear is the train coming through. Noise is not an issue for my child and I ,so we do sleep through it. Yes, you do hear it in the middle of the night and through out the day but really it not a big deal. The one bedroom apartment run btwn $600-750 I believe. I find the one bedroom very spacious.It has the washer and dryer unit. I have no complaints! The staff is very nice and helpful. I have seen only two bugs in my apartments. Yes, there are bugs outside the apartments but it's nothing that a broom can't sweep away. I checked the crime rate around the area through the sheriff office and it is low. I am very happy!
