I just moved to Valrico Station in February of this year (2008), and it is one of the best places that I've ever lived. The staff is so friendly and professional, the fees were very low to move in, my neighbors are nice, it's very quiet, and the amenities are wonderful. I have a dog and feel completely comfortable walking him around the neighborhood, even at night.

I noticed that some people posted that they had bugs in their apartment. They must live pretty disgustingly, because the only bugs that I've seen are outside. They spray every other month for bugs, so unless you live in trash, I don't know how you'd get them.

The train does come through at all hours, but I've gotten used to it. I actually like the noise, because it's something different, but my apartment is on the other side, away from the tracks. My only complaint about the noise is that I can hear every single footstep my upstairs neighbor takes.

i have a huge problem with my upstairs neighbors. i think they have a bowling alley up there or something. i complained but nothing happens because she works in the office so she does whatever she wants. i dont need an alarm anymore because 8 AM every day i wake up to an earthquake! BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM! they blame it on their 10 pound dog but i think they are just jackasses. how can a 10 pound dog cause my place to shake every day?
