I lived there for 1 year and loved it. I had prompt answers to my maintenance requests and when my washer broke, they came within 15 minutes to help me out. I loved staying there but being a military family means we go where ever they tell us. My husband came home from Iraq and I had to go back to our home. I would definitely recommend Valrico Station! Pam is friendly and polite, always helpful! When I moved in my apartment was very clean, brand new carpeting.. I was impressed. If we ever move back to the area that is the first complex I will look at. I felt safe there, and the neighbors all seemed normal.
