O No - Ok I moved in here in May, I was 7 months pregnant thinking that this would be the perfect place for a single mother to raise her newborn. Is It Really Going To Get Better? All buildings in the complex are in the process of being repaired, pressure-washed, and painted. This is costing the owners over $50,000.00. Is the cost going to be passed on via another sizeable rent hike to the 70 - 80 families who live here?
