We have lived here for almost a year and have found these apartments to be very satisfactory. I had only one instance of ants and sprayed the area never to have them return. The grounds are fairly well kept but could use some sprucing up on a regular basis. Construction of new buildings seems to be taking an unusually long time to complete. Our apartment is bright and airy, lanai is adequate for our needs and the noise level isn't overly loud. The neighbors are wonderful, friendly and considerate of others. The staff are great, helpful, always smiling and friendly. Maintenance is prompt and does an excellent job. We don't find the monthly rent overly expensive for what we get. We love the little lakes and the variety of birds that come around. We are close to employment, stores, grocery, library and pharmacies. It's an excellent place to live for us. We have invited several of our friends to move here!
