I grew up in Florida and have lived in many different areas. I find that the west coast has the best to offer, specifically the Venice area. The community is quiet all the time. The office staff, maintenance staff, and the hired vendors, such as the pool and lawn care experts, have been nothing short of exemplatory in performance of their duties. It is one of the finest places to live. I recommend it highly.
