I have lived here a little over a year. My lease renewed in September, and they upped the rent $90. The lady at the front, Peggy wade told me it was only going to go up $45. This is bull. The apartments are so cheap, i can hear my neighbors fight, the kids are so loud and run around the upstairs apt. all day and I can't stand it. The floor in the kitchen seems like its falling through and the people next door to me are infested with cockroaches. No wonder everyone is moving out. I am actually breaking my lease next month cause I can't take this anymore. It looks like tis turning into a dump, and the office staff is so rude also. Jamie Biller is an ass and they are spending all this crappy landscaping money and this and that and now we all have to pay. Besides, there isn't enough parking spots and I have to park all the way on the other end and walk (and I am handicapped). I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
