A marginal place to live at a low price I have lived in the one bedroom for a year after relocating to Sarasota county and this complex comes in slightly below average. The management is slow to react with problems, so I guess that is why they are offering residents to save $2,400.00 a year

Great Place to Rent We have been very happy at The Venetian. Very affordable, safe, quiet, clean, maintenance staff is there within a reasonable amount of time. School buses pick up right outside of the complex. I would highly recommend The Venetian.
