More of a positive experience at Monterrey - I moved into Monterrey Apartments in 2010. It is true the apartments are a little dated, (ok a lot dated), but my apartment was clean. Great place to call home. Great place to live. Great for a family and pets. Lived here three years with no problems. Like my neighbors, everyone very friendly. Apartment spacious, grounds well kept.I have no issues with anything here. Highly recommend to future renters.

Loud music , fights , homeless Woodmere is a cute community. It is far from a luxury apartment complex. The office staff have no clue what their doing and are very rude. Every weekend there are loud arguments in parking areas. In the adjacent park you will occasionally see homeless living
