I just moved into the Pines two months ago and am VERY surprised to see some of these posts. I have found the grounds to be very clean and pretty, my neighbors are great and I truly enjoy the community. Too bad others have written such terrible things. To each person that reads this, please come look for yourself before making a decision. I found the staff (Pansy) most helpful in my long move to Vero Beach and the maintenance staff even helped me move some of my heavy things to the 2nd floor as they usually have no ground apartments open. I am very happy here and strongly suggest you visit!!
