I have lived in these apartments for 6 years.
Before I moved in, I inspected the apartment inside and made several notes about things that needed to be fixed. Six years later im still waiting for the dishwasher, the leaky showers, toilets that run constantly, ripped tile and carpet to be fixed. I've had maintenance come in to my apt to repair things (when no one was home) and had some things missing. Now they are turning these slums into high priced condos ($139,000), I would'nt pay a dollar to live here!!!!

Not only do I live in the Pines, but I am now going to own my uint. The great changes they made to this place are better than anything i though they would do. this is a great place to live and now is an even better place to own.....

the maintenance guy is not only honest but would never take your crappie stuff so i think you sold the stuff so you could pay the rent you no job haveing, my back hurts, candy butt!!!!

if you have moved out why do you want to post lies here...I am the manager and want everyone to know that this is not a true review....NO ONE HAS LIVED HERE WITH OUT A DISHWASHER WORKING IF THEY HAVE CALLED IN AN ORDER THAT IT WAS BROKEN ..I AGREE THAT THERE MAYBE SOME VINYL AND CARPET OLD HERE ON PROPERTY BUT ALL WORK ORDERS WERE AND STILL ARE HANDLED IF CALLED IN TO MANAGEMENT..iF YOU STOPPED THE mAIN tECH. OUT ON PROPERTY AND TOLD HIM YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEN MAYBE IT WAS NOT HANDLED BUT HE SHOULD HAVE TOLD YOU TO CALL THE OFFICE...WHY DID YOU NOT COME IN?? aS FOR THINGS MISSING AFTER MAINT. WAS THERE ONCE AGAIN YOU DID NOT REPORT ANYTHING SUCH THING HAPPENING..NOR DID YOU DO A POLICE REPORT...COME ON NOW LETS BE HONEST ABOUT ALL OF THIS..MAYBE YOU DID NOT CALL FOR WORK ORDERS DUE TO THE CONDITIONS OF HOW YOU LIVED IN THE APT. AND DID NOT WANT ANYONE IN THERE !!! EITHER WE CAME AND DID THE WORK OR WE DIDN'T....FOR THE WATER AND LEAKING FAUCET ONCE AGAIN WHAT ABOUT A WORK ORDER OR IS THAT DUE TO THE FACT ABOVE OF YOUR CONDITIONS OR BECAUSE YOU DID NOT PAY THE WATER BILL AND YOU JUST LET IT GO AT THAT...I ONLY WISH I COULD KNOW WHO YOU ARE...I BET THERE IS ANOTHER STORY BEHIND YOU COMPLAINTS.
