I lived here for 10 months and really liked it. I am a single female and always felt safe. The building is very quiet and the walls are thick and you can not hear your neighbors. Evey unit has a good size screened porch. Maintenance is on top of any problem you may have. Only draw back is the tiny kitchen and small bathrooms. Oh be aware that your electric bill could be outrageous. I only pay for electric, but in the middle of summer the bill got as high as $160, that is for one person in a one bedroom. The a/c units are old and not energy efficient.
