I was so surprised to read the previous review. I lived at venetian apartments and have found the management to be quite helpful. I had some financial difficulties and spoke to the landlord about being late with the rent. They worked with me on a payment plan and wavied the late fees. As far as the construction issues, they had remodeled the units and now they are modern! I would recommend living there to anyone.
