The apartments here are very nice, but for the high amount of rent we pay as residents, we don't get the service we deserve. Management is very poor and maintenance does not take care of problems in the apartments when requested to.

I agree, management is never there when I drop in, but the maintenance guy is there all the time. Whats up with that?
