Nice but expensive

I had a problem when I first moved to Vero Beach, Florida - all of the rental properties where either really expensive, for low income housing, or for people over the age of 55. I am a young professional just starting out after college. The rent was much more than the place was worth. Considering the "low income" housing was at least $400 cheaper each month. The staff were friendly and the grounds clean. The property is newly constructed so the trees are really young. One issue is the keypad entry needs to be better lighted.
