Lived here for quite a while with my wife. Original management team was fantastic including the maintenance people but all were replaced or left. The best maintenance person named Sean has recently returned raising the level. Since management changes, we saw declines in pest control causing a cockroach problem that would not go away no matter how many times the new pest control company would come. Also the awesome landscaping crew was changed to a lesser company that damn near killed the lawn and would come every time a blade of grass grew 1 mm. Began to look like a hay field. Garbage began to appear in places it shouldn't be. Don't get me wrong. This is an ok place to live but when they've already been the best, it's a little hard to accept when they give you less.
Now that my complaining is over, here are some good points. It's quiet and serene. The view on the lake is great, with fish and birds, turtles and rabbits. Plenty of walking room. Ample parking. Tenants are pretty nice; we had no problems with any neighbors. It's a decent place to start when you move to Vero.

I agree totally. What ever happened to the manager that was here when Sean 1st arrived. I know she had some medical problems but was always very friendly and positive. Management just doesn't seem to care as much anymore :( I still like the place it is just not as "friendly anymore"
