Resident for almost two years From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The apartment itself is and was taken well care of, never had any issues. Ants one time and they took care of it asap. The office management is great, they are the nicest people and listen to what you have to say, very helpful. The grounds are ok, every morning there is garbage in the parking lot, but maint. takes care of it in the AM, like every weekday. The parking is terrible because there are way too many people living in these apartments, and they always seem to have people comming and going. The noise level can be ridiculous, and there are some domestic disturbances, but in what low income comunity is there none' You have to expect it. I have never had my apartment broken into or my car either. The tenents I live around are friendly and I feel like it is a hell of alot better than Kyles Run!!
