Mission Bay is a well kept community. I had lived in Mission Bay since 2002. I still consider these apartments to be a very decent place to live. As like other communities there's some people that nothing makes them happy and they like to complain about anything and everything, leave the

Horrible office staff The place is overall decent. The office staff closes the pool at odd hours, and sometimes closes it for days because of a "broken light", a light without a bulb, but its never on because they close the pool far before its even night time. The Office staff

Good experience. So far I have only lived here for six months. I would have to say this is the best experience I have had living in an apartment complex.
The management here is ethical and professional. The residents have class and decorum. The place is clean and well maintained. ..full review of Mission Bay

DONT EVER LIVE HERE!! I lived here one year, which was waaayyy too long to handle. I moved here because I was a single mother and the rent was affordable. Honestly it would have been wiser to work harder, and longer hours to pay for something else! They are very dishonest, dirty

Lived here 5 years...Would not recommend. I lived in these apartments from brand new. They are very noisy; because they are "section 9" they attract 'low quality' tenants, which tend to be some of the loudest (and messiest) neighbors. Quite often the cops are called for domestic

Lets start with the cons.
1) The walls are very thin!

The straight dope. I have lived in many apartment complexes in Brevard County. Mission Bay is easily one of the best, even though it is a lower income community. In fact, you can't tell it is a lower income community.

Office I live at Mission Bay, and I happen to thing it is a decent place to live, however; has anyone else noticed that when you walk into the leasing office, you often wait for a while to be helped? Everytime I go in there, the staff is in that back room, and they don't

I wish there were somewhere else! I don't know where the previous reviewer really lived, but I've lived here in Mission Bay for going on 3 years now, and I regret every year of it! (Sky high home rentals, no vacancy apartment complexes are what have kept me here). The management
