Well kept, any issues are immediately addressed. Only problem I ever had and this is more personal, then a reflection on the Company is that almost everyone who lives there has a dog and lots of people don't clean up after their dogs and lots of people let their dogs bark endlessly. Oh and they boast granite countertops in all apts., what it is, is laminate that looks like granite.
