This place is a total rip off.

Management: Sux, they have bad attitudes, they never answer the phones, and when you finally get them, they never send anyone over to help you, or answer you questions. They made me run around in circles for 3 months (i moved out after that)

Pests: Ants were all over my apartment, I called about them and the staff told me that an orkin man comes once a week, and they will send him over to my place. 3 times they told me that the orkin man will be stopping by my place,and i left work, waited from 2-7pm and no one came!

Garbage: They never emptied their garbage, the main dumpster had trash over flowing into the parking lot. They even brought in 2 other dumpsters to accomadate the trash, though became over flowed. the Garbage area (also the parking lot it harbored) was dangerous for small children, due to broken glass and other sharp objects.

Security: The place is safe to my knowledge, but the gates never worked, and it pissed me off because i paided for a gated community, that didnt have working gates.

Apartment: The walls are thin, my fridge broke and the whole time i stayed there no one would come and fix it. I took out a year lease, and broke it after 3 months. My washer and dryer also broke shortly after i moved in. The walls are thin and I can hear everything next door.

Maintance: SUCKKKSSSSSS!!!

DONT MOVE IN!!!!!!!!!!
