Nice community. There are several things that need to be improved. Move in procedures are lacking information to the resident. The day I went to pick up my keys, they didn't have my apartment ready, they didn't tell me where my mailbox was or any other common things I may need to know. Its suppose to be a gated community, and 90% of the time the gate is always open. Whats the point' Besides these few things, it is very nice and quiet.
