Managament likes to pretend that they will go out of their way to help you, but I had a horrible leak in my toilet for months, I ended up having a friend come over to fix it. They never return phone calls and do absolutely nothing to work with you. When my lease was up at the end of the year they wanted to raise my rent from $888 to $950 for a 1 bedroom apartment, when I went to discuss it with them explaining that I had never been late on rent and that I couldn't afford that raise in rent they offered a two bedroom for $990...I'm guessing that they weren't hearing me. I obviously did not stay there and wouldn't recommend it for the above stated reasons to anyone else.
