They call it a gated community but the gate never works. I've seen people using the pool who don't even live there because they can get through the gate. Garbage is terrible. They pick up every day except Friday and Saturday and tell you not to leave it out on those days but people do and they do nothing about it. The garbage dump is terrible with many rodents running around. Would not reccomend this place to anyone.

Truthfully77: The Estates at Wellington Green is relatively safe, but the management is unresponsive and uncaring, and the place is too expensive.

the office staff is rude and obnoxious. they insist you pay online but their website doesn't always work. if your rental date lands on a holiday you need to pay your rent early or you get charged a $250 late fee. they come up with strange excuses to enter your home such as fire extinguisher checks only to find out they've entered no one elses home. one day i came home to find my cat locked inside the bathroom because they came in to my apartment to fix something only it was supposed to be upstairs. they lied when i called the office only to be verified by my next door neighbor who was home. the gate code is given out to everyone including all the local pizza, chinese food and other delivery people. no security and safety is locking your windows and doors as usual. teenagers ride skateboards through the building floors and play some game where they slide down the stairs. complaints fall on deaf ears. the staff changes over every 6 to 9 months so no one cares.

Completely agree with everyone. They let little kids run rampant around the streets on tricycles, the office staff does nothing and won't help if you have a problem in the community. If you want something fixed they just replace it with something that doesn't work. The skateboard problem is ridiculous, none of the staff do anything to enforce any rules except give me the money and as one person said if you pay on the fourth and the third is a Sunday, tough luck, late fee!! Very overpriced, aggressive drivers, concrete jungle and the gazebos are great places for teenagers to get high at night as well as all the teenagers that go in the pool after it closes. Stay away.
