every apartment community has little punk kids running around. the gates never work. maintenance crew are a spanish can't speak English, and can't fix anything. parking stinks, tiny floor plans, speeding drivers. dog poop everywhere. expensive rent. nasty Management .
its not only about the location of the apartment community, its about the location IN the community. if you don't like the speeding traffic get a place tucked in the back of the community. if you don't like the kids screaming get a place away from the play ground. if you don t like the tiny floor plans get a second job, and pay for a bigger place. of you don't like the parking, get a place with a garage. if you don't like the management mail your rent to them, to avoid personal interaction. if you don t like the maintenance crew, grow a sack and learn how to fix things yourself. otherwise shut the hell up.

you are exactly right. we do not live here but we do live very close in another apt. complex and we have the exact same problems.

You're an idiot. Those are exactly the kinds of things the management should be fixing! We're not paying a ton of money to live in "designer" apartments just to ignore the problems and avoid the management. It's because of people like you that they get away with this crap. If you're not willing to speak up and voice your complaints, NOTHING WILL CHANGE! This was probably written by someone who works here. You're not that sneaky.
