I can't wait until I can get out of here.

When you move into your apartment, it's filthy and looks like it was never cleaned since the last resident. It's disgusting.

They will nickel and dime you for everything they can. They make up bogus fees and constantly try to get as much money out of you as they can.

The walls are paper thin. I can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in my neighbors apartment, including their barking dogs that never shut up.

There are kids who constantly play in the street and get in the way of cars and the office refuses to do anything about it. They refuse to help you do anything really.

The worst problem is the new property manager. In my first experience with her she was the rudest person I have ever spoken to. She has the worst attitude towards residents and has no business working in any customer relations job. Her name is Jo Mcray, avoid her at all costs.

Please save yourself the grief. Don't live here!
