I have lived at different Gables' properties for over 4 years and I love it here the best.The maintenance staff are wonderful and always fix what I am having a problem with asap.
Yes, the rents have gone up over the past year...I was actually going to move out but when I looked for a comparable apartment in this area, I couldn't find anything cheaper, so I renewed my lease again.

You should have looked into POLO CHASE right down the street. Great rent, fantastic grounds, and location location location.
