Well it's been less than a month since I've lived here and so far the lock has been broken on my window, it leaks very badly when it rains and it is also covered in mold. Along with that the refrigerator leaks water and the apartment has ants. Oh yeah and you also have all the normal South Florida renting problems as well, absolutely no parking, over charged rent, and horrible customer service and maintenance. Oh and they charge a ridiculous $400 redecorating fee before you move in.
