Now, not only are they over priced, but they charge an incredible amount of $400 dollars as a redecorating fees, $400 dollars for security deposit, and $75 dollars for the application.
If you decide that all this is okay-
> once you pay these fees you have only 72 hours to change your mind after signing the application. Or you forfeit $875 dollars. And this is not after the leasing contract. SO... before you sign ANYTHING, be sure you will be able to cancel the application without being liable for anything.
> They say its gated, well yes, it has a gate, but its ALWAYS open!
> Their staircases in the apartment are so small that it'll be a hard time trying to lift sofas and tables up to the second floor.
> The laundry is in the garage. It takes up your garage space.
> If you have more than one car, be prepared to park on the street.
> Maintainece is okay with exceptions of being friendly.
> The lady in charge of Management is extremly rude and hostile. Her goal is to rake in money at any cost.
> Satellites. Not permitted unless on your balcony. Or face eviction.
> Only one cable company allowed.
> Their models trick people into buying their apartments. Their dining room has mirrors. They actually don't so dont be fooled thinking it's large. Living area square feet is low.
IN CONCLUSION: Outside appearance is nice but dont fall in the hole.
