I went here and filled an application out. I paid 1400 all together in securuty, pet deposit, redecorating fee and application fee. We decided not to take the apartment 3 weeks prior to our move in date. It had only been a week. They CASHED all my checks immediatly, and tell me NONE of it is refundable. I can see the application fee and maybe 100 hold for the apartment but they are keeping all my money when I hadnt signed ANYTHING yet'!! My lawyer is on them and if i were you do not even bother. NO parking(which was what made us change our minds) and mold all over the apartment windows (sign of poor maintence)
