The management isn't that bad....The Parking is terrible! I wouldn't have ever moved in here if i would have know about the parking. Looking online you find way better places to rent for less money! They only temp. fix your ant problem. I call them once a month to fix it. They are quick about fixing your maintance problems although only ONE of the guys knows what he is doing. If you have young children i DO NOT recommend this place. Too many stairs. Neighbors are mostly rude. But some are nice. Everyone parks in guest parking so you can't actually have guests over! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

Didn't you look at the apartment prior to moving in- I don't think they moved those stairs in on you prior to you moving in. You live in south florida, so don't expect eveyone of your neighbors to be nice. I have a garage and I use it for parking! Hum?

I got kind of a laugh at the response. It doesn't make any sense? I never said anything negitive about the stairs. Just that with a child it is not recommended. The garage thing. My husband had a truck which did not fit into the garage. I had a car. So if i wanted my car out before he took his truck to work then he had to move it out for me...Or if i got home later then him then he had to go outside and move his truck so i can go in. Three of my neighbors had the same problem. So to the anonymous poster. I think my post was honest. Some goods some bads....and no reason to comment...unless of course you work for the company and wrote this which i wouldn't actually doubt

I had a sugar ant problem too. I got the liquid ant bait traps (brand called Terro) and couldn't believe how many ants there actually were in the bathrooms and kitchen. But, after a few days of leaving it out, the ants vanished. It's been a few months and still no sign of the little creatures. Apparently it is south florida thing and common in this particular apt complex.
