GREAT PLACE!!!! I DONT KNOW WHAT THAT GUY IS TALKING ABOUT! - We have been here for 1 year and have had no problems! No Security!! There is zero security in this place. The teenagers are every where. Just the other day 15 teenagers were beating up a 9yr old. The management said its not their problem. The rent is too expensive for their not to be any security!!

Stay Away From This Place They call it a gated community but the gate never works. I've seen people using the pool who don't even live there because they can get through the gate. Garbage is terrible. They pick up every day except Friday and Saturday and tell you not to leave it out on

Don't Move Here! This complex is a joke. The Maintenance Department is not trained and does a horrible job of fixig problems. The Management Staff is unprofessional,nasty and they have attitudes. They do not follow through with anything. My apartment had mold in numerous locations

its not so bad! :) it is not that bad here people who write bad reviews obviously have nothing better to do with there time but complain. Most people who are unsatisfied here are just plain out unhappy people in general. And parking would not be such an issue if the greedy people with garages would

Nice place Well kept, any issues are immediately addressed. Only problem I ever had and this is more personal, then a reflection on the Company is that almost everyone who lives there has a dog and lots of people don't clean up after their dogs and lots of people let their dogs bark
