Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
After breaking the lease, paying the amount required to do so, and leaving the apartment in pristine condition, I am still waiting for my deposit refund. After visiting the on-site office management, they informed me that I was entitled to my full $725 deposit and that the delay in getting it to me was the fault of the corporate headquarters. Well, the lease was broken the last week in March, and here it is the middle of June. So much for 45 days to receive the deposit money back!!
