Grand Oaks Sucks The apartments are crapy. They are dirty and the mangement staff doesnt care about any complaints that you have. They always say they are going to fix something and then they never fix it. They have gates that are never closed. There is a tanning bed that no one is ever certified

I do NOT recommend this place. Everything that could leak, does leak. Maintenance crew is poorly trained and understaffed. Parking lot turns into a lake at the slightest rain; there is no adequate drainage. Safety is a big issue partly due to the lack of lighting. Rent was raised $80 in one
