No Pest Control Available / Roaches, Fleas and Ants live here! Myself and many of my neighbors have requested pest control. The standard reply seems to be "ok, they will be out on Tuesday" - which by the way they NEVER are. We are having roaches, ants, fleas, etc.

Not recommended Very noisy, you can hear everything inside your apartment. Residents are very disrespectful, kids yelling and screaming in the roads, and through the complex writing on the sides of the apartments. The people living there are not considerate of others in the building.

Nice place to live I would highly recommend living at this community. Great management and maintenance.
The lake is very pretty and there's a nice playground.
My apartment is great and I am close to work.
Big improvement with new management.

Grand Oaks Sucks The apartments are crapy. They are dirty and the mangement staff doesnt care about any complaints that you have. They always say they are going to fix something and then they never fix it. They have gates that are never closed. There is a tanning bed that no one is ever certified
