It's all right - It is quiet most of the times. The neigbors are nice, but they sometimes play their car stearo realy loud, but they calmed down now. Outside laundry room, it seems like every six months they raise the price for washing and drying by a quater. Three things I hate

The name has changed to Royal Lake Apartment Homes and the complex are getting a lot of work done.
