Great place - We love Sterling. Area is very nice and pool perfect. Don is doing excellent job with renovating and keeping area in good shape. He is also taking bad people out. I know that he can be pain in the --- but in long term, we all will have benefits of his work. Everyplace has it faults - Lake Crystal was okay, the only thing was that there was mold.You did have to be careful and watch you r kids because they're were shady characters, they did steal my child's scooter from my second floor balcony.
