I, along with others, have truly enjoyed our experience at AMLI. The staff becomes your family, living in the same type apartments as you. They are on site 24/7 and know everyone on a first name basis. They police the grounds and are very tough when someone is abusing the rules...this keeps everyone safe and happy.
The facility and grounds are always well maintained. The amenities; the pool, clubhouse and gym are above the norm for apartment complexes.
When I had problems inside my apartment (the air conditioner went down in the middle of the night) a phone call to an answer machine was all I could do. I figured that I would have to sleep with out air. Not the case at AMLI, since all the staff is on site, within 15 minutes I received a phone call from the maintenance staff and they instructed me on the problem, the unit was backed up. I was unsuccessful at unclogging the unit so the maintenance worker came over and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. I wanted ceiling fans in my apartment so I purchased 2 fans and I went to the office to see if I could hire an electrician...I was told that they would install them for me...for free...what a bargain. I could go on and on how great the staff is but I think you get the picture.
The location is 5 minutes from the turnpike and 10 minutes from I-95. There is a shopping center with a Publix, gas station and restaurants next door; faster to walk then drive. Very safe place to live, gated, night is as day with the lighting system at the units and the parking lot.
