I HAVE LIVED IN THIS COMMUNITY FOR 6 YEARS STARTING IN 1997. THE APARTMENT I LIVE IN IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. MY APLLIANCES ARE AND HAVE BEEN IN VERY GOOD WORKING CONDITION FOR ALL THOSE YEARS THE APARTMENTS ARE VERY SPACIOUS AND WELL APPOINTED. THE BAD PART IS THE NEW TENANTS THAT ARE BEING ALLOWED TO MOVE IN. LOITERING AND MUSIC NOISES ARE NOW A PROBLEM.
